A57 Todwick - Worksop project

Fairfax Plant Hire have struck a deal with Ipswich based J. Breheny to provide plant on their £15m roadworks contract for Ringways/ Eurovia on the A57 south of Sheffield off Jnc 31 on the M1.

This section of road has been a major problem for many years and the dual carriageway under construction will improve safety and help with traffic flow.

Breheny have hired 5 Tonne and 8 Tonne excavators with Peckers, 6 Tonne and 9 Tonne Dumpers and Trench Rammers on the project and have been delighted with the service backup from Fairfax.

Chris Wosman who is Breheny Project Manager on the site stated “The plant and equipment Fairfax supply is always in excellent condition and well maintained. The staff always do their utmost to meet the customer’s needs and bring the feel of a small family business to a large plant supplier”.
