Fairfax Flood Defence Work in Grimsby

 Fairfax Plant Hire were on hand to provide plant to Ipswich and Doncaster based contractor J Breheny as they carried out essential flood defence work for the Environment Agency in Grimsby.

A new Caterpillar 312E excavator and aThwaites 9t dumpers were used on the site where specialist matting was laid to alleviate a problem on the river banking close to some houses.

Fairfax have added a number of new Caterpillar 312E and 320E to their fleet over the past few months and they have proved very successful in the busy hire environment.
