FPH Prospects

Fairfax Plant Hire continue their development and growth into the third quarter of 2013 with record figures reported for both parts of the business. Heavy investment in new plant and tools has been rewarded with a sustantial increase in turnover and profit.

Customer service has always been the driving force behind the Fairfax story and we continue to to take great pride in the relationships built up over the past twenty eight years with our loyal customers. We also appreciate the fantastic positive feedback from new converts to the company.

The rebranded Fairfax Hire Centre, which specialises in tool and small plant hire, has new signs on the Selby premises and we are now recruiting for extra staff to meet the growing demand for our services.

Prospects for 2014 are very encouraging with the housing market finally showing signs of life and commercial developments in Leeds, Hull and Bradford due to start.

Fairfax are maintaining their position as innovators with the introduction of the first Tier 4 Thwaites 9 Tonne dumper in the area and have had great success with Herock work wear and Aboutblu Italian designed safety footwear.

Business Development Director Mark Love is already in negotiation with suppliers regarding plant purchases for 2014 and feels that the flexibility of Fairfax to react to market conditions and customer needs will enable the company to continue to grow and prosper.
