New Brochure and Records Broken at FHC

 Selby based Fairfax Hire Centres, part of the Fairfax Plant Hire group, have just issued their first colour brochure highlighting the wide range of hire and sales items stocked in the Company's large Selby branch.

With six pages of hire equipment listed from Access Towers to Wood Working Tools there is as they say "something for everyone".

Categories include Air Tools, Breaking, Cleaning, Compressors, Decorating, Drainage, Drying, Electrical, Gas, Grinders, Ground-care, Heating , Lawn-care, Lifting Equipment, Lighting, Pressure Washers, Pumps, Sawing, Site Surveying, Vacuum/ Slab Lifting and Welding.

Hire manager Mark Allerton commented "We have tried to cover every angle as we have a very diverse customer base which includes many of the local tradesmen and women, industrial and commercial companies, local Councils, schools and colleges and of course DIY and gardening enthusiasts".

"With well over 20 years of Tool Hire experience in the branch we have become an important part of the Selby community and we are confident  our new brochure will help us to help more customers in the future".

One of the main reasons for producing the new brochure was a feeling that some of the hire customers were unaware of the tremendous range of sale products stocked at the branch.

Dave Prime who manages the sales side of the business wanted something to give to prospective customers which would give them a flavour of the type of tools and ancilliary products available.

"We have built up great relationships with many of the market leaders in the tool hire business over the years and can now offer our customers top brands including Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, Irwin, Stabila, Paslode, Evolution, Sealey, Ryobi and Spear & Jackson".

"As the shop has grown we have added top American brands such as Marshalltown and Estwing who produce some of the best tools in the world and Reisser screws which are the "screws of choice" for our trade customers".

Dave also added "Inovation is something which drives the business forward and we have introduced Aboutblu Italian safety footwear, Herock workwear and Kasp security padlocks over the past twelve months". 

Fairfax are now the main CALOR GAS dealer in the area and also provide welding and other specialist gas and welding accessories.

The good news continued with FHC hitting an all time high monthly turnover figure in October, a great tribute to all the staff  in the branch and their hard work and dedication.
